Water, Water, Everywhere!
The Alma Aquatic Center is one of the largest outdoor water parks in Western Arkansas.
It is nestled in the Alma City Park, with picnic areas, playgrounds, pavilions, and walking trails. The water park offers 6 slides, a diving board, climbing wall, and a large swimming pool. There is a covered wading pool to protect tender skin, a “beach” pool that is from zero to three feet deep, and a water play area that is as much fun for mom and dad as it is for the kids.
There is a food zone inside the pool area featuring our famous “Snack Shack”. You and your family can enjoy pizza, pretzels, hamburgers, chicken, hot dogs, nachos, slushies, and many other of your favorite snacks.
Our facility is staffed with outstanding lifeguards, certified by the American Red Cross. Safety is our primary goal.
Reservations & Private Parties
The water park is available, with staff and lifeguards, for private parties from 7-9 pm each evening during the regular season. The large pavilion adjacent to the Aquatic Center is available for parties. The pavilion must be reserved for use during the regular season.

The inaugural Alma Liberty Festival will be July 6th at the Alma Aquatic Park.
We will have lots of family-fun activities from 5-8pm such as bounce-arounds, an obstacle course, a dunk tank (Greenwood Mayor Doug Kinslow will be in the tank at 6:00), and other kid-friendly games. There will be competitive races such as an egg toss and wheelbarrow race. There will be food trucks and other food vendors present for the entirety of the event, and of course we’ll end the night with the Mayor’s fireworks at 9:15pm which promises to be the best firework display we’ve ever had!
Shuttles will be picking up and dropping off all night starting at 5pm at the Alma Intermediate School, Alma Middle School, Grace Church, and the First Baptist Church. Handicapped parking will be limited at the Alma Aquatic Park! Come and celebrate with us!
