Building Permits
A permit is required for the the construction or improvement of a building or structure.

Garage Sale Permits
Garage sales are allowed in the city with an approved permit.
- Permit cost is $5.00
- A permitted sale is allowed once every 3 months at a single location
- The permit is valid for 3 consecutive days only
- A penalty of $50.00 will be assessed for non-permitted garage sales or for placing signs illegally
- Signs advertising the sale may not be placed on public right of ways or privately owned property without the permission of the owner.

Dog Licenses
City Ordinance requires dogs to be licensed.
- License is $2.50
- The license is non-transferrable
- The license is valid for 12 months
- A current Rabies vaccination certificate is required.

Sign Permit
A sign permit is required before a sign of any type may be erected.

Driveway Permit
A driveway permit is required before a driveway of any type may be constructed or modified.
Purchase a $30.00 driveway permit at the City Planning Office. For more information contact the Planning Office at (479) 632-0441.
Business License
A business license is required for brick and mortar businesses as well as mobile vendors.
