Crawford County District Court is offering a limited-time Amnesty Program from March 23, 2026, through March 26, 2026.
This program applies to all Crawford County District Courts, including:
- Van Buren
- Alma
- Mulberry
- Cedarville
- Dyer
- Mountainburg
Individuals with outstanding warrants may voluntarily appear at the specific court where their warrant was issued to have the warrant served. Participants will be given a new court date and time to appear, rather than being taken into custody and required to post bond.
Please note:
- Warrants involving Domestic Battery, Terroristic Threatening, or Harassment are not eligible for this program.
- You must appear in person to participate.
- You must appear at the court where your warrant was issued.
This program provides an opportunity to resolve outstanding warrants and move forward without immediate incarceration.
